Alreet niggaz, have a late-night-bored update from me. I shall try and put the events of the past year into this post, as well as i can. it should be interesting, but probably won't be.
Well, my last update (apart from that weird list thing) ended with me passing the maths exam. Hurrah for me. What i didn't mention was that at this time i began talking to roxane again. if you used to pay attention to my lj (or know me at ALL) then you know who roxane is. anyway. the new uni term started, and i was awesome, getting A's in my courseworks, and pretty much wtfpwning. not much really happened apart from that, but i was happy. I also started to go places with the gang. This is Calum, Grahame, Craig, and Dom. excellent people, who are awesome. Anyways, i started going places with them 'cause we had marketing together ('cept dom, but he's part of the gang anyway), and we'd go and play pool after maths, but before marketing. so they quickly became some of my bestest friends, which was good, as up until that point i didn't really know anyone at uni, except kira, gavin, and sam.
Then at the end of october, me and rox decided to get back together. dun dun dunnnn. seemed like a good idea, at the time. we had 2 or 3 awesome months of togetherness, although we were only together for like, 6 weeks of that time, thanks to us living at opposite ends of britain. but i enjoyed it immensely. after a few months, however, problems started appearing. I didn't know why, but neither of us seemed to be as happy as before. I still don't really know what happened, but clearly something did. anyway, my grades had been slipping during this time, 'cause yunno, when i like someone i tend to get a little bit obsessive (understatement, much?). so then she came to visit again in april, and decided to end things. this made me uber upset, but thanks to my good friends, and an insane amount of coursework, i didn't have much time to think about it. also, something good did come out of it, i guess, as i spent almost every waking moment working on my ps2 coursework, which i got an A18 for. still... that hardly makes up for it. I also did pretty damn well in all my other courseworks, except for maths, which i messed up a little bit. gotta resit it again this year, i think, so expect another 'well, i passed' in september.
nowadays, all i have to worry about is the maths, but i want to start some sort of programming project. my lethargy is stopping me though. i really should work one out. something AI/agent based. made a few cool friends recently, which is nice.
and... that's about all i have to update. makes my year seem pretty uneventful, and i guess it was. seemed far more exciting at the time though.
sigh. i need someone to obsess over. i like doing that.

not that i have much of interest to say. I'm confused. stuff is happening, and i don't know if its good or bad. stuff that seemed good at the time, but seems bad now, but i dunno, and... meh. who knows.
on an unrelated note, maths exam soon. i've got the Dr Paris stuff sorted (matrices, etc), so its just the dynamics i need to worry about. i really hate that stuff.
on another unrelated note, i went back to blackfire, and am back to my wicked ways. *grin*
on yet another unrelated note, i quit WoW for a few weeks, til after the exam.
